Job Description
The Supervisor, Clinical Interviewer & Recruiter will oversee the recruitment process for Program Manager and BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) positions, conducting clinical interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for these critical roles.
Salary: Starting at $85,000
Primary Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Program Manager and BCBA positions, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referral programs, to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' clinical competencies, knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, clinical expertise and ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and requirements. Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, internal teams, and external partners to enhance the recruitment experience and promote Intercare Therapy as an employer of choice.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
Job Skills:
- Knowledge of the science behind Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Proven interviewing skills, brand ambassador that can quickly assess candidate’s skill set, knowledge and cultural fit
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, with a focus on clinical roles preferred.
- Detail-oriented and organized: keeps track of multiple projects and priorities using documented organizations tools, plans, timelines
- Self-disciplined: approaches work with consistency, reliability and punctuality in a fast-paced environment.
- ATS and/or CRM exposure (experience preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player attitude: able to build rapport and trust with colleagues and demonstrate alignment with team’s priorities
- Excellent relationship management skills, customer service orientation, collaboration and team player attitude
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills that foster the skills necessary to educate, train, motivate, empower, reinforce, influence, coach, and provide feedback,
- Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques and clinical assessment methods.
- Effective organization skills, interpersonal skills, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or equivalent,.
- Consistently demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Exercise confidentiality and discretion pertaining to the work environment.
- Demonstrate high commitment to excellent customer service.
- Remain up-to-date on and follow all BACB guidelines regarding supervision of BCBA/BCaBA candidates, as well as RBTs
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Minimum Education or Training Equivalent to:
- Licensed or Board Certified Behavior Analyst, or other state-recognized license (required).
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following disciplines: behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field (education required; listed fields of study preferred).
