Sign-On Bonus: $750

Compensation: $26 - $32 Per Hour - Full time, based upon experience
Promotion opportunity to Program Supervisor (salaried) based upon experience

Required Credentials/Experience:
  • Completed Master’s degree in relevant field
  • In progress with BCBA preferred
  • Strong ABA and clinical skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team player attitude
  • Bilingual skills valued
Job Description
Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies that help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum disorders. Our mission is to optimize the independence and quality of life of our clients and their families. A Program Manager serves in the field as the onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising BIs and providing education and training for client caregivers. You must be willing to drive 30 to 60 miles a day, and able to supervise client sessions anytime between 8AM and 6PM on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends.
